SeaBass44 01-09-2002, 04:41 PM suggestions, serve food at the events, get the permits so people don't drive hours to be turned away, get more shitters! I was only there for day 1 at Almonore but por people said it was above the seat on day 2....... oh and I will watch, but my shit don't run:mad: :emb4:
Big Rich 01-09-2002, 05:07 PM Those Items have all been taken care of already. Most of those things ended up being beyond my control once the event started. Sorry if we did not have enough poopers for all of you, I know not one person who could have been full of S#!t after Saturday afternoon. There were enough toilets for twice the people we had there. (by standards of the county).
Thanks for your input:

NE-RokToy 01-09-2002, 06:41 PM More specifics on the dates? get some kind of flyer made up we can print off. I could post it on the Board down at the local 4x4 shop where I know Rich Hudson (randi elis' team mate) stops by. Or might even get one to one of my freinds who lives right next to him :D
pure-adrenaline 01-09-2002, 10:25 PM I don't have a schedule of the cal rock event dates. I am going to compete in UROC and ARCA but don't know if i can fit CAL Rock in. Let me know some dates and i'll see what I can do.

ToyFamily 01-10-2002, 01:23 AM I have a question??? So if I you want to run a toyota pick up and you have a flat bed instead of a P/U bed, does this automatically bump you up out of the stock modified class? And how much is the registration fee?
Big Rich 01-10-2002, 07:55 AM Yes in the modiifed stock class a full bodied vehicle is required, with a limited amount of fender trimming only.
Sorry, but we want to keep the public identication with the vehicles easy, as in NASCAR, this is not the class for the INDY cars.
With all the flat-beded toy's out there a bed should be easy to come by.
Thanks

woody99 01-12-2002, 05:56 PM Rich,
Will the different classes be running the same courses?
Do you have to sign up for all 3 events or can you sign up for just one or two?
thanks
Big Rich 01-12-2002, 08:31 PM Modified stock will be running on their own course, Friday-Saturday. Pro modified and unlimited will run on the same course with different gate widths. Saturday-Sunday.
if you with to run for the state championship you will pay $200.00 for the series season fee and $200.00 for each event (40 spots will be garuanteed), Or you may run individual events at $300.00 per event. All fees paid will be paid back in purse by the end of the season (in cash or souvenirs).
Thanks

woody99 01-13-2002, 05:11 PM from calrocs website:
Suspensions
Stock location point to frame suspensions or nationally manufactured suspension kits allowed (nationally manufactured= nationally recognized manufactures). Stock styled suspensions only, i.e. IFS from factory, IFS for competition. Leak Springs form factory, leaf springs for competition.
-----------
So since I am running Chevy springs in the rear (like mostly every other Yota), I could not run in the Modified Stock class?
Big Rich 01-13-2002, 10:23 PM Woody check out the new and FINAL rules and class limitations for CalROCS at www.calrocs.com they were just posted tonight, Subday 1-13-02 Thanks Lance
