The casting number on the backside is C-99404 2 and there is a support bracket on the pass. side that goes to the engine block. I hope thats enough info, any help will be apreciated... SCOTTS_4X 04-11-2004, 08:46 PM they look nothing alike. is your case silver or rust colored? if it's silver it's a 208. if it's rusty it's most likely a 203. -Scott trkklr77 04-11-2004, 08:57 PM with that support bar it should be a 203 all cast iron except the rear out put a 208 is all aluminum and coved in fins. both are chain drive a 208 is part time , usually with automatic hubs, the 203 is full time [unless some one converted it] SCOTTS_4X 04-13-2004, 05:31 PM funny, every 208 I've seen factory installed had that support bar on it. -Scott | |
