Just can't get enough. Lets get something together for Saturday. Any suggestions? We could go back to the White Tanks. I think I could find the trails there.:smokin:

What are the trail difficulty levels...I'm ready to go if you don't mind a newbie to Az rock crawling....

The White Tank pics looked good except that bed mashing spot:( . If that's avoidable or there's more trails I'm still in. Let us know the time and place.

Considering the "mashing spot" is like the only tough spot on that trail, we can skip it. I want to run the rest of the trail we skipped last weekend anyways.

As far as newbie rockcrawlers go, you can try the first part and if you don't like it you can bail out on the rest. Your rig sounds pretty dam set up. It should be no problem.

We can meet at the gas station just north of the 10 on Jackrabbit trail. Lets meet there at 9am Saturday.

I know more people want to wheel. So what's up:question:

Is there an exit sign for Jackrabbit trail?

Well, hell, I gotta go. It's so damn close to my house there's no reason not to! Last week I filled up the tank before I left and still had 3/4 tank when I got home! :D

Yes, there is an exit sign for Jackrabbit Trail.

Mark, looks like you gotta drive to meet Scott with me on Sunday too.:D
If you can of course.

The exit is just past the 303. I think the gas station is a Texaco. See everybody there at 9am.

Two questions: Is their a place to park trailers and rigs and like a newbie can you give better directions from say the 101 and 60, and roughly how long does it take to get their? Thanks for the comps and directions.....

I tow my junk too. There is a nice parking lot for the tow rigs. I live at Pinnacle Peak and Scottsdale Rd. It takes me 45 minutes to get there. Take the 10 west, after you pass the 303, exit and head north on Jackrabbit trail. The Texaco is on the east side. You can't miss it. Be there by 9am. We prefer to get there early.

Ron, cruise out. I think you shouldn't have any problems with the first couple sections. The last section is pretty nasty, but has a bypass. I mean at the last obstacle there's a busted 60 joint.

There's also some sand dune areas we can blast around on too.

Are we running Upper Firebird again? I better put some more glue on my sidewall plugs tonight. :D

Jack, a trip to Tucson for replacement Swampers sounds great to me! As long as I don't get the ones with the voodoo curse that won't allow them to stay on the wheel. :rasta:

Voodoo curse, yea, thats whats wrong with mine! I KNEW it couldn't be my driving:D

Actually, the real reason I can't go is because I am going to the mall with the southwesttaco guys for a show 'n shine competition;)

Hey guys,
Do me a favor if you're going into Upper Firebird/Ruler: unstack that first major obstacle. It's right after where we bailed out of the wash. It's a sheer vertical wall that's a little over 5 feet tall. Some jackass came in there and pulled the entire canyon wall down on the right side and filled in the hole. It was one of the best obstacles on the trail. TIA.

Ronn,
Just a warning: if you don't have crawler gears in the tcase yet, you're gonna smell a lot of clutch.

Have fun and be careful,

Sean

Mark,
One's called Scott's tire in Avondale.
The other is called Gomez tire at 202 and Alma School. It's on Alma School just north of 202 on the east side of the street.

HTH,
Sean
