Hey, just planning ahead here, and was wondering if anone could tell me the actual height of a 39.5/15/15 TSL? Interco lists the height as 39.4", but I'm curious as to how acurate this is.
Please include the rim size as well (if possible).
Thanks

I can't remember for sure but It is something like 37.5 if I remember right. mattS will hopefully chime in and help out. I think thats the only reason he has those tires on his truck :P

Well when I first got mine I measured them and they were just slightly under 39.5 inches, certainly not in the 37 range. though that is what they are when I air down to a couple pounds! I love mine, work well in the snow and rocks!

On a 15x10 rim with 14lbs of air, ours measure 38.5".

mine measures 39.5 on a 10" rim at about 15psi

thanks guys. It seems like interco's estimate is just about correct.

"Mr. Too-Much-Tire-Info", aka TEX hasn't jumped in here yet, but I asked him this, and he e-mailed me...
...do you think I can find the e-mail? No. :D
...If I remember rightly, they went something like this:
38x12.50x15 TSL on 10" rim - 36"
38x12.50x15 TSL/SX on 10" rim - 36.5"
38.5x14.5x15 TSL/SX on 10" rim - 37"
38.6x16x15 TSL on 10"/12" rim - 37.5" (Can't remember rim size)
39.5x16x15 TSL on 10"/12" rim - 38" even.
...But hopefully he'll cut in and correct me if I'm wrong.
...I believe he runs a 37" and a 39" caliper (for mud comp's), and it was smack dab in the middle. But I could be wrong there too. :D
...We still need to actually compile a list to add to the Bible. :D

I can't remember or find the old post I made. I had all the dimensions including the weight.
Mine are on 10 inch beadlocks. They ARE NOT 39.4 on 10's for sure. They really grow when you start adding pressure to them though!! Mine are shorter than a 38/11/15 bogger on the same 10" wheel with zero psi.
Tell me what PSI's you want measurements at and I will take care of it tonight when I get home.
Close ColdNorth:
Here's the deal, we used to have a 38.0" class & that was eventually upped to 39.0". When it was 38", we couldn't get the 39.5's into the class. They were too tight in the caliper. When we went to the 39" caliper, they fell through w/o any pushing at all (39.5" Boggers barely touch the caliper, so they're a fuzz bigger). So, on a 15X10, I'd say they're ~38.5" in diameter, measured horizontally, while mounted on a vehicle.

They are a good inch shorter than 39.5" Boggers, that I know for sure.
I looked at a set to upgrade form my 38.5's and there was not enough difference to make the switch.
I would say they are a short 39.5 compared to the 42" TSL which is a super tall 42"
Make sence??

i usually run arond 15-20 psi, (not too much rocky stuff just trails round here,)
so then it looks like the 39.5's hover somewhere in between 38 and 39 actual inches? (on a 15x10 which is what im running)
This is about what i expected, i was just hoping noone was gonna respond with a f*cked up number like 36.5 inches or something else ridiculously shorter than i want.
Thanks for all the help guys.:D
