well im starting the tubed out rear on my chevy k1500 and i was going to buy an aftermarket fuel tank until i spotted that k-5 have center mounted tanks. and they came with tbi so i would be able to plug my pump and unit into it. does anyone know how much fuel they can hold? and has anyone ever done this before? i figured i could save money and less the hasle with hook up if it was from a chevy. thanks.

I used a suburban tank and it was 42 gallons, was about $130 brand new. Got one for a 96 3/4 ton suburban with 454 and my pump/sender/etc dropped right in from my 96 1 ton with 454.

They better pass it, I have all the stock vapor recovery stuff hooked up, shouldn't be a problem.
