so regular d44 arms will work on 93 F-350 knuckles, with a little machining on the arms?

eh, ok, my knuckles don't look anything like the ones in the pics. Any other help would be nice

I have a '94 ford RC60 and I am going to laser cut some 1" thick histeer arms. I milled flat as much of the tops of the knuckles as I could and I think I have room for three studs with cone washers. After that I will weld the arm on and gusset down the front. That is probably as good as you can do.
