does anyone know an easy way to remove the inner shaft on the d30 with a lockrite locker installed, crossshaft is removed from locker, does the locker come out or is there some kind of c-clip in there somewhere, cant see anything.

You should be able to pull the disconnect housing and use a screwdriver on splines to get it sliding out.

Some models have C-clips but I am pretty sure you can't have one with a lock right installed. The C-clip is pointless anyway if you have one, chunk it. The shaft can't move any more then the short side can.
