YJRockBuggy 01-10-2002, 02:48 PM I got a Early Bronco 9" that I'm putting in my yj. THe unit happens to be posi, or trackloc. I have pulled the spiders out of an open diff and put in a mini spool. There good and all but your still using the weak link which is the stock carriers. Id just "do it once, do it right" buy a full spool. I've got a Yukon spool in my front dana 44 and I love it, zero complaints and super strong! :D ZJ 01-10-2002, 09:15 PM You'll need an open carrier, the posi's have clutches/gears and aren't open to the mini spool as an option.
