I have an 85 Wagy Dana 44 front and am instaling it in my YJ. I am looking to swap the six lug pattern to a 5x5.5 to match the rear scout. I have heard ford rotors and hubs while some others say GM stuff. I am willing to convert knuckles, but if I can find the right spindle, hub, and rotor I would much rather do that.

The knuckle should be fine just the spindle and hub/rotor is what needs to be changed. I am not sure on the backspacing of the rotor if it works with the chevy brakes so I hope someone chimes in with that info.
Here we go again...........You need either '74-78 Wagoneer/Cherokee or pre-78 Chevy 44 spindles. Along with that you need '76-86 Ford wheel bearing hubs and rotors. Any Jeep/GM/Ford lockout hub will work, they're all the same. These parts along with your existing brake parts will make the 5 on 5.5" work. If you need more info try the search button!

Um why not just have an archived section of "Hot Topis" like axle swaps, Engine conversions, geering, locking etc. Makes more sense
