I am putting a rodeo rear d44 into my sas Nissan, and need to make the ebrakes work with my stock cable deal. The two cables that come off the d44 are in great shape, I just need to mount them into a bracket that will allow me to attach my single pull line. I am thinking of just using one side for the ebrakes, but it might not hold very well. Anyone have a pic or could you take one for me? I might buy a mount from the junk yard or dealer, and fab it in. Or if anyone knows a method of attaching the ebrakes, let me know, thanks, T.

Not sure how the rodeo is setup, but here is a picture where you can see the e-brake setup on a trooper. It also has a cable running off of each side of the axle, these run up towards the front where they meet and tie into a 3 wire in a Y shape. This 3rd wire connects to a lever that hinges off of the frame with a spring to keep some tension on the wires. This lever then is connected with another wire that attaches to another hinged lever in the engine bay. This is the lever that connects to the brake lever in the truck (pulls out from under dash, and twists to release). Right now the orange ratchet strap is pulling on the lever that is normally in the engine compartment to keep the chassis from rolling down the slight incline, when wheel blocks were in the way.

How's these? The Single cable/rod from the ebrake lever has a Tee on the end. That tee is free to pivot in the middle. The cables from the wheels attach to the ends of the tee. The swivel gives equal tension on each cable without any kind of precision adjustment between them.

Cool! This is the perfect picture of what I am talking about. Now I just need this part, or I will make one. Thanks a ton, T.http://www.houlster.com/amigo/images/misc/102-0249_img_a.jpg
