I realize this is small potatos to you guys, but here's my question.

I'm putting on a 3" lift with Rusty's adjustable control arms. What would be a good starting point in terms of length over the stock control arms to ensure the caster is relativly dialed in?

I'm not as concerned about the rear, since I'm installing a JB SYE at the same time and will use an angle finder to set the pinion at 1 -2 degrees.

2 things...

1st i would start at about 1/2" longer

2nd dont set pinion angle at 1-2d set your front ends caster at about 6d

What's wrong with setting the rear axle pinion at 1 or so degree for Cv driveshaft and SYE.

Thanks for the heads up on 6 degrees caster and 1/2" longer on the length.

o i misread your first posti thiught you were talkin about the front pinion... yea the rear pinion should be 1-2d

its the front caster the determines the front pinion angle

That I knew, and because it is a small lift, I wanted to prioritze castor over the pinion angle in the front. Thanks for specs, lookin' forward to putting it all on.
