I just sent one of my 4 conecting rods through the oil pan.
I'm now on a quest to replace this broken ass 2.5 in my 95 Yj with
a stronger motor.
I don't feel I need V8 power so i was looking in a local yard and found
a low mile 2002 KJ with the 3.7 engine.

Is there anything wrong with this motor and tranny set up as far as swaping it in a wrangler?

Most new new motors are pretty fucking complicated as far as wire looms and stuff goes. I tend to try and keep things as basic as I possibly can under the hood, Too complicated for most guys I know.

I would say to just look for the 6 that you could have got. 4.0 or 4.2 or whatever came in that year. If not then a chevy 4.3 of the same year
