trees are down everywhere!! No shocker with the wind we've had this winter. I think we counted 7 trees down and were able to remove only 3, things are still a little fuzzy...3 are down after the 2nd or 3rd water crossing all in a bunch and too buried to remove so we went around, with no damage to the vegitation. 2 more are down at the base of walker hill, same thing, too buried to remove, but easy to go around. 1 was 1/2 mi. before walker, but it was removed. Quite a few trees were topped out and down in "winter camp" so it took a lot of cutting and moving to clear the trail there. I broke my last long side axle in the creek right before little sluice. Damn ujoint let go then took the ears off the inner and trashed the outer. 85rcrnr broke a denfield sat. night moving trees. The star in the middle, not the cup. Little sluice was literally flat (no exposed rocks) and could be driven over at roughly 25mph!!! Spider lake is frozen solid, and we were not able to get thru to fish. The snow, and ice layers were roughly 3 feet thick. (stick your whole arm down the hole and not feel the bottom of the ice.)

Pesky stick took out my 2 electric fans.
two fj40 fenders
1 inner, outer axle and ujoint
1 brake master cylinder
1 denfield and inner toy axle
I think that might be it.
Had a great time, the weather and snow conditions could not have been better. Pics will follow!

This is walker hill...I drove up, the others winched!!! :D Never mind...Lets try ... dropping into the creek right before soupbowl...FAWK this I might try later.

If you couldn't tell I WAS unhappily trying to post them. If I can figure out how, I'll do it tomorrow. A constantly disconnecting dial up doesn't help things. I can do it easier from work tomorrow. I need to shrink a few pics down. Anybody have a free server I can download them to to post them here? My secure msn account no longer will post here. I have done it in the past, but can't get it working now. I also tried the attach file thing but I guess the pics are too big. good things come to those who wait!!!:D

size them down or if you don't have any imaging s/w email them and we'll get them posted. Just don't email more than 3mb worth at a time.

I emailed 10 megs yesterday, and boy oh boy I thought the world would end!!!Firewall was puking as were the recipients!! Lance has some of the the pics and will resize or whatever and post them. Calm down, :smokin: and wait!! I'll learn how to use my cam before next trip!:D:smokin:

Geeze guys, whats all the excitement about, they are just snow pics. Use your imagination,....white backdrop and then your choice of vehicle in whatever position you can think of, overlaid onto the white back drop. Done... :flipoff2:

The excitment is that this was the best snow trip I have ever been on. The snow was perfect and the weather was great. A big thanks to Aggro for letting me fill the passenger seat in his cruiser. I really need to get a fresh moter in my rig so I can get back to playing in the snow. I have tried to get the pics up to but cant get around the size problem, can some one tell us how you resize pics.
