I just got of the phone with Ranch. He told me that the new web site will be up and working in about one or two days, I have seen it and it looks cool !!!!!!!!!!! and all the date and stuff will be on it for use to view. He is still looking into the scoring tie for UROC WEST 20th place at the first event. They still are working on a spot for tech for the next event, I think Victorville or Hesperia would be better than barstow for tech and to get to the event site, what do you teams think? please give me some input on this soon so I can pass the word to UROC. I was a big supporter of the Calrocs events moving from Barstow to Vicorville for tech-in. Figured a larger town would help pull in more people, but it didn't. Ramada Inn in Barstow has always been better and easier to work with.

How is the drive from Barstow and how long to the event site?

Barstow!

The drive from Barstow to Cougar Buttes is 35-45min depending on how you drive. From Victorville its about 25-30min.

Uroc's new web site is up and looks good.

Next event is Barstow/Cougar Buttes.

Sept is a combined event with the Pro Event in St George on Seperate stages. Like it or not, still think this is the best we could hope to get from the WEST this year.

This REALLY sucks for us... Because I was planning on spotting for Kelly at the rest of the UROC West events. Now that the last event is combined, I won't be able to spot for her at that event, unless I can grow wings and spot for Mike and Kelly at the same time.... :(

Sucks even worse for us. We both planned weddings based on the schedule that UROC gave us at the time we PAID our entry fees. We could have ran a different series, but decide to make our weddings fit within UROCS schedule. We made plans, paid money, and now I'll be in Jamaica during the newly rescheudled September event. :mad3: :mad3: :mad3:

If you're gonna ask for money up front and want people to commit to your series, you can't change the schedule halfway through the season. We have lives and have to plan our lives around your events we did this now you change it :flipoff:

BTW when we only have 4 events, don't you think all 4 could be in different locations?
