Try searching for "3.4L" as the search term must be atleast 4 letters. This will bring up lots of info. If you have the time, do the 3.4 swap. It might even come out cheaper and the engine is definately nicer. Wolverine 01-12-2002, 07:25 PM I have a turbo 3.4 tacoma engine in my 84 toy. I didn't do the swap but I can help as much as possible.It pushes 300 hp. The only relly hard problem is where to mount the incooler.If you run a taco 5 speed tranny you will need to run a 2 or 3 inch body lift unless you want to beat the crap out of the tranny housing. I love this engine It has never failed me.The whole swap costed around $3000. but it will depend on how much you can get the engine and tranny for. I run a t100 wiring harness.Hope this helps I will try to get some pic soon.
