I've never bent tubing before, so I really had no idea where to start. That article really helped out and it was right on the entire time.
The halo is (in "PBB Fashion" of course) the outcome of our first piece of tubing in the bender. It wasn't perfect right away, but damn close.
So thanks for that article. It probably saved me numerous feet of tubing and lots of time!!!!

cool.....I wish I had access to a real bender and not the POS one that we have in welding (it still bends tude though, just not like the new ones)

Since I spend all my money, errr, our money, errr, her money on the project, I had to make some comprimises. :eek:
I wanted a bender, she wanted a new kitchen table. So I got the bender and started making her a table.
I just need to get a body mount moved or modified so I can get the frame mounted suspension link bracket on without interference at compression. Until I do that I can't weld in the rest of the frame.
And so it continues!
