: can't get rotor off?

well i can't seem to figure out how to get the rotor out.
I've gotten as for as this in pic1 from the hub

i now have to get the inner part out and this is where i can't fugure it out on how to get it off here is pic2 showing the inner part what do i have to do to get that part out?

you have to take the brake calipers off , then the rotor and hub together there are 5 or 6 bolt holds the rotor to the hub

the first thing i did was take the brakes off so after that what you are telling me that the comeoff just like that?

You gotta keep going. The outer bearings have to come off, there are two large nuts that come off as well with a metal plate holding them from turning. For $10 or so go get yourself a manual...hell of a lot easier because they have an exploded view of it all. Once you get the hang of it, it doesn't take that long to R&R anymore. Good luck.

You've got a ways to go there. It looks like the inner portion of the locking hub is still in there. It's held in by a big snap ring sitting in a groove right at the end of the hub body. There's enough grease in there still that you can't see it easily, so wipe the grease out. Pry the snap ring out with some small screwdrivers. Then you can pull the rest of the locking hub out.

Then you get to undo the wheel bearing nuts (need a big 4 prong socket if it's a 44).

And then you can start to think about pulling the rotor off.
