OK Here's the deal.
I have the opportunity to buy 2 Rockwells (fronts) Both have been shortened, converted to u-joints and have been locked up with Detroits. One has an electric controlled steering ram. The other has a full hydro steering setup with the pump and all included. It also has all of the steering moved to the rear. All the rods are DOM. The brakes are still drums.
Also included in the deal:
2 rears completely stock.
A set of 44x18 boggers on custom rims (3/4 tread)
The shafts (which will need to be shortened)
Shaft cage
And a 12K lb MM winch pretty used

Every thing mechanically is in great shape. What would you guys expect to pay for this stuff?

This guy is asking $6,000. I just don't want to insult him with a price too low. He is a nice honest (from what I can tell) guy.

$4000 to $4500 would be a good deal to me.

biggin, you got any pics of your Jeep?
BTW Thanks for the price. That's around what I was thinking.

The biggest question I would have is if you need all those 'extras'? If you just need the two axles, you shouldn't be paying more for the stuff you don't need.

just my $0.02

If you decide you don't need all those 'extras' I've got a set, front and rear rebuilt, rear welded, hell they're even painted black and shiny for ya, I'll sell them for $900. PM me if you're interested.

Edit: Also the drums are removed so that should cut down on time spent considerably, as they are a fawkin beeeotch to get off.
