Sounds like you could use a condensate pan treatment.

My short-block was replaced a week ago, and with the A/C on, the overflow poors onto my exhaust pipe, and it really smells like anti-freeze, but when I inspect, it is only water....I guess it's just irritating...I don't think they planned the over-flow very smartly?... :shaking:

overflow  No such part in a A/C system. Are you calling the condensate drain the overflow?

I must be...I found a small rubber nipple over the tranny, and it is really leaking...I am not used to this much condensation pouring out...especially onto my exhaust....Thanks for the help .

remove the little black nipple, and you will not have the stink anymore.

The little nipples get dog hair and such in them that plugs up the system. You then get stagnent water in the cab, and the little that drains out is not any better smelling. This was a quick fix that was done at the dealership. Not authorized by LRNA, but who cares.
