Does anyone have or know where I could get plans on building a rear bumper for my 4-runner? I want something that protects the sides as well. What I am looking for are the measurments. Any help would be appreciated.

Why the hell does everyone want plans and measurements? Just find the style you want and build it whatever size works best for you.

Do a Search for "bumpers" and filter through them, and see what others have done....Then like Benny Boy said...just make your own.
