I have a Jd Squared tubing bender. I need a new 2" die and they are six weeks out. Are the dies interchangeable with other benders? I need to get some tube bent before then. Thanks, Bob

Edit; If I can't get another die before then what is the smallest tubing I could use for a roll bar. I have an inch an a half die already.

you can use any size you want for a cage. Nothing wrong with 1.5"

Lots of cages are made of 1.75" Looks good and stays out of your way more. Give them a call and see if the 1.75 is more avaliable. Also call some of the PBB vendors that carry JD2's... I'm sure someone has a die avaliable. Or you could always post in the GEN section, I've seen dia swapping quite frequently.

Not sure, but I think the Pro-Tools dies are interchangable. Search, I've seen simular posts before.

Pro tools will build die sets to fit a JD2, but you have to specify that they are for a JD2. there is a difference, but I am not 100% on what it is. Rock Buggy Supply was one of the better priced vendors when I was die shopping for pro-tools made die sets.

I called rock buggy and they were great. I already have a 1.75 die so I am going to use that. By the way pro tools dies are not interchangeable, but they do make the dies for the jd2 in a third of the time it takes jd2. Thanks, Bob
