I have used header wrap in the past (in Arizona, on a drag car that saw 0 street miles) with no bad effects on the headers LT's TOY 01-14-2002, 01:34 PM yea, but over time, wrapped headers will deteriorate 10x faster. I had mine Jet-Hot coated(looked REAL good), then had the brilliant idea of wrapping them. A year or so later unwrapped to find ruined coating, rust and holes. Never again.:mad: | |
