I just replaced the upper and lower ball joints on my front Dana 44 and the upper ball joint seems to have a small gap between the bottom of the ball joint and the top of the knuckle, like 1/32" or so. It was flush when I pressed in the ball joints, but after torquing the joints to the factory specs, 80 ft/lbs upper, 90 ft/lbs lower the upper seems to have moved a bit. Is this normal or will it cause a problem?
