i've got the stock shock mounts right now. i'm going to get the rancho 5000's. i'm going to use the ford f-250 shock towers.
how much longer are the ford shock hoops over the stockers.
or, how long from top to bottom are the ford shock hoops. i need to order them tomarrow and i can't run out to the junck yard to measure,

what the hell?????:flipoff2: They are as long as you want them, depends on how you mount them. As far as ordering your shocks, order the 5000 equivalent to the 9012 :D:D:D:D.

well i'll answer my question!
i went to the junk yard and found an 99 f250
the ford shock mounts are 12" from top to bottom
the 85' toyota's are 9" top to bottom!

but like was previously stated it all depends on how you mount them, i cut a hole in my fender and poked them up as high as i could get them.

i understand that. i was just wondering how much longer then the toyota ones. i can mount them any where i want. i'll probably run them inside the fender so i'll have even more lenght to use up!thanks for your knowlegable response though! :flipoff2:
