A good ONLINE one? Nobody.

They are in print though... but Binderbound is right, there are guys on the Binder Bulletin that might be able to get you to what you need.

It's a 68 800 and I am almost done. I decided to start over with everything. The stock headlight switch is the only hang up at this point. I may just find another switch cuz this one may be toast...Dont know about the wippers tho anyone know of a good elect one. Mine are vaccuum

I know someone makes a retrofit kit for electric wipers, but it sticks into the glovebox. Can't remember who makes it. Look through the vendor section on BB.

hey, im bringing this to the top because im about ready to start rewiring my scout.

here is my set up:

Radio. . . . .come awn :flipoff2:
Ignition with acc.
Head Lights (no brights)
Tail lights
Brake Lights
Turn Signals (rear integrated into tail lights...duh)
Carbed 350. . . . what is needed? i really have no idea what is needed to wire an engine.
----Starter
----Coil
----Alternator?
2 Toyota Corolla fans

im not going to worry about wipers...let alone electric ones. i an going to put the head/tail lights on a singer toggle. i am also going to put on fan on the ignition and one on a toggle. im not sure how to wire the engine. someone please help. the turn signals im sure i will figure out. they work as a toggle inside the column correct? again i am lost when it comes to brake lights. and the radio will be wired directly to the battery.

question. should i fine a fuse box at a pick and pull and use it...say from a toyota or something....i will run 16 guage for the lights, 14 for the fans. what do you recommend for the rest of the shit?

I used 18ga mostly but did run 10ga from Stinger for the big stuff(headlights,KC's front and rear). I also ran 4ga from my starter to my yellow top. Then I ran 10ga back to the ignition from the starter. Going to the coil from the starter I think it's 14ga (I think it should be bigger)thats as far as I have gotten. Oh ya look under your dash where the brake and clutch pedal pivot there should be a switch on the brake side. What it does is when you push the pedal in it slides out just a tad, and when the pedal leaves the switch the brake lights come on. Call me crazy but I did not use any fuses but all my wires are well protected. I do plan on some sort of fuse block so when you find one let me know. :grinpimp:

People act like like this is black magic or that you should just SWAG when it comes to wiring. Figure out how many amps you are drawing in that particular circuit and the length of the run and pick the right wire size.

Lots of donor vehicles have weather proof fuse/relay boxes. I don't run any high amp wires into the cab, all of that shit runs through relays.
