I don't have a specific answer for you, but from what i've heard, a 60 with 16" rims is a bit of a tight fit, and grinding was definitely necessary...

Very little grinding with 2 1/2 backspacing. I have 4 inch backspacing and had to do quite a bit of grinding. No problems, the area that needs grinding is plenty thick. Good Luck,

i dont mind the grinding and i really would like 15" - 3 3/4" backspacing (std rockcrawler wheel) i guess its time to buy calipers......Thanks

What is the max backspacing you can run, even if you do ground? I don't mind grounding, but I'm starting with new wheels and I'd like to get as much backspacing as possible. I've found 5" and would like to use them. I'm just wondering if I'll hit anything else.

to much backspacing and you might not be able to turn to lock cause the tire might rub the spring, depending on tire size. if your running a 60 you probably have BIG tires.:beer:
