Just put a new Detroit True Track in my rover. The install went really well. My question is what do I need to break this thing in? The entire 3rd member is new.

If the gears are new, you are not supposed to run them at a constant speed for the first few hundred miles, as in no long highway trips.

You should take it easy for the first 600 miles. No 4x4ing and no high speed highway driving. Then change the diff oil.

If all you did was replaced the carrier, and you did not replace the gears, then you can drive like normal. There is no break in for detroits or tru tracs. If you did replace gears, you should run the vehicle on jack stands for about 5 minutes. After this, drive like normal, however, you should not tow if you do not have to. If you have to tow, stop every 100mi,and let the diffs cool completly.

What I said assumed you have new gears. That is the reccomendation from Maxi-Drive when you install new gears, or a new hemisphere with new side and spider gears.
