The Prineville BLM is scheduling meetings through out Central Oregon. The
area up for review is all BLM lands west of Sisters; south of Madras;
west/east of Prineville and north of Lapine (370000 acres). Most of this
land is in Deschutes County and was formally called the Urban Interface by
BLM. The name has changed but the object is the same: stop OHV from
accessing public lands. There is only one way to stop this from happing
again. YOU MUST GO TO AS MANY OF THESE MEETINGS AS YOU CAN AND BRING ALL OF
YOUR FRIENDS. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO ATTEND!!!!!
How the BLM deals with these lands will set the standards for how it will
control all 880,000 within the Prineville district and will impact all
Public lands. Remember the Forest Service and BLM share offices in our area
what happens here will affect all OHV accessing public lands.

Jan. 29 All team meeting at eagle crest 9am-12:00 must call to find out
where!!!
Feb. 21 Recreation 9am-12:00 Redmond Library
Mar. 11 Recreation 9am-12:00 Redmond Library

Please call and get the meeting location and time as they can change at any
time.
There are other meetings which will also be happening and a complete
schedule can obtained by calling the above number. The above meetings are
the most important but attending the others will aid us by your attendance.
