: What Dodge trucks came with the 241 case?

As far as I know, the 1994-2001 Dodge 3/4-ton and 1 ton Ram trucks have them. The 241HD can be found in all Cummins powered Rams of the above designation and any Rams with the Snowplow package. The 1 ton Rams have the 241HD no matter what engine or drivetrain package they have. Hope this helps!!

Nope. The 241 HD was optional in the 2500 with the Cummins. It can be ordered by itself, or if you order the snow plow package you get it. I think all the 3500s had it, though. It can be identified by a 6 bolt PTO cover (the 241 LD has no PTO provision).

Saw one once on a Pre 94 Ramcharger. Don't know what year it was, but it I'm guessing 89. That would have been a passenger's drop transfercase and opposed to the 94+ which would all be driver's drop.

My 90 suburban had a 241 pass. side drop.
