Do these lockers really work as smooth as the ad says they do? I have never heard of them before, and I am curios to see if this is a better alternative to the arb. What gives? it doesn't look like you guys have added any models since then, according to the web site. Any more info on these models, without reading throught all dozens of pages of this thread? We have added the line of Dana 35, with an IFS model due to ship to us in about a week. The D44A is in production and we will get our first shipment of them in three weeks. So we are adding new models are a pretty good clip. We have been a lot slower than we had planned, but installing new equipment in production and engineering has impacted our new product development. The Dana 60 has two designs that have been in test vehicles for a long time. We are just waiting for engineering to release the design to manufacturing and yes, they are way past due on this. We realize that every day we do not have models we lose orders, but engineering is independent by design, and they just have not done the necessary release. We are still expecting them this year but dont have the schedule.

Thanks for your comments. Some of the driving forces in product development is to work in groups and the larger diffs are next now that we have our primary Dana and most Toyota diffs designed ( a couple in the works there). We are going to send your comments to the Aussie engineers to show them the customer sentiments.

We have a couple in the USA for testing and preliminary installation. We have done the Dodge Dakota Dana 35 IFS front installs that should be very similar. The first full production shipment will leave Australia on Friday with arrival in the USA projected for next Wednesday. At the time of departure from Australia, we will update our order pages and add the model to the we site.

We have introduced two new Dana models this month, that were planned for June/July release, so it is clear that we are behind on our new product introductions. We apologize, but our engineers take all the time they need in developing and testing models. The product is but the first phase of the development and the parametric manufacturing process and jigging often take twice the new product development time. Result is incredible reliability and smoothness of operation, but sadly later to market that we want. We will post here as soon as we have an update schedule.

We have two test installs underway right now. One is on a 2000 Explorer and the other on an early model 91-94 Explorer. The 91-94 also has a gear change going on and has some delays. We are hoping both will be completed this weekend and then we can release the products to the market. As with any plans these are subject to change should our test installations run into any issues with our product or with their time availability. We have pretty well stopped our projections on availability of new product developments as Australian engineering works to their own schedule, and while the result is always an exceptional product, it gets very frustrating for us in the marketplace. Probably in late-spring is when we will see it and yes, we would estimate that it would sell in the same price range of the Toyota 8" for the 4 cyl vehicle.

Thanks Wayne. We will be in Australia in March and will have a formal schedule on the Dana 60. We are still hoping for a locker in the next few months because all the tests went so well. We will check in on Keystone.
