ok, I've read pages of threads with info about what rings there are out there, but am looking for some feedback on them now... I'm not looking to make my own or cut shafts or drill and tap a tcase or anything like that. I'm looking for something I can bolt on and bolt up and not have to worry about leaking and stuff like that. :flipoff2:
Who has what kit, how much did/does it cost (from where), what was the install like, and how is it running?

GO2GUY here on the board sells a good one for a good price.

Thanks for the plug, but to answer his question, we need to know what tranny he's running, some require the thicker ring (AX15 and AW4, can use the thinner ring but with the added work he does not want).
as far as leakage goes, not to hurt anyone's feelings, leakage issues are caused by the installer. I'd say 3-5% of my customers get leaks and we can find the problem pretty easy when we talk. Mostly it's failure to read the instructions or lack of skills- sorry to be blunt.

oh sorry.. I have the ax15
and also, if anyone could say what type of "added work" they had to do with their install, I could maybe be convinced it wasn't THAT MUCH.

Not an AX-15, but a T-5, and I have the G2G ring on my 300. I had a question on the install, and called the Go2 number. Kens wife answered and proceeded to give me his cell number. Ken told me what I needed to know, and it went smooth as can be. No complaints after six months or so. By from Go2Guy, you won't be sorry.
Go2Guy...
Do you have one for an ax5? I know I need the 21 spline adapter for the 300.

Sorry, I don't, but AA does. They also have a thicker kit for the AX15. There was a guy on the board who went by "blitzed" who also had a thicker kit. For what you can buy the thicker kits for I would not bother with the thinner kit "added work" myself

I don't know what type of adapter you would have to use or if you even need one. If you are using an adapter, ask the company who is supplying it if they would be able to clock it for you. I got my adapter from Novak and told them I would like it clocked and they did it for nothing before shipping it. Advanced might do this with thier adapters also. Now my tranny is the lowest point of my drivetrain.
