Anybody know the swap laws in New Jersey, or maybe point me in the right direction? I called MVS and the best I could get was one guy that said I could do whatever I want and propane was not tested as long I I write down the number of cylinders and displacement of the engine. WTF is that? I figure this can't be right since our whole emissions testing process got reworked....
