I just had this 700r rebuilt about a year ago :rolleyes: It is in an 87 R10 witha 305. It still shifts fine but when the truck gets fully warm, and i get on it in 1st gear it starts makin a fawkin whining noise at about 1800rpm. its sounds like a damn supercharger winding up. Then when it kicks into second it stops. Ive checked all vaccum lines and the throttle valve and everything looks normal. Anyone know wtf is wrong? :smokin:

Call Performance drivetrain,Eric Everheart. Good guy,he rebuilt my 700 awhile back,Mine was spose to be the $hit when i got it from Sam's off road,after Eric rebiult it it was like night and day,give him a call and pick his brain, 707-795-9100
