In the image of FK's truck below you've got the main hoop's stringer (behind seats) running diagonally. Is this the ultimate set up. I'm trying to design my (only in my head right now as I'm not at that point in the project) with access to the rear seats in mind as I like to bring the dogs or other passengers with me from time to time. The back half of the cage will be "family" style like a TJ if that has any bearing. My cousin had a cage in his 'Stang (9 second car!) that had "swing out" bars on the sides of the car to let him in or out easily. I was wondering if this type of technology could be employed with the stringer as well?
Thanks for your help!

Yeah, that is the best way to brace for side rolls (which are 99.9% of all rolls) True, it does make get'n in the back a PITA but it's a trade off.... Fat kid has about a 12:1 save to flop/roll ratio, and he still rolls once a month.....(get'n REAL good at save'n it).
MOST aren't gonna run that hard, but it sure is nice to know you can:evil:
