Yup, you heard me right... No longer will you have to do a Solid Axle swap in order to have gearing options for your Isuzu.

Tera has stepped up to the plate and offered to produce one of the first aftermarket gearsets for the Isuzu axles. All they are asking from us (the Isuzu community) is to show them the support with a minimum of 20 pre-orders (on each axle) to get these things swingin into production.

At first the ratio being talked about was 5.13. However, now, it is more likely the ratio being produced will be 5.38.

So, without furthur adu, here are some details...

*****
Tera is asking for 50% of the final cost up front at time of pre-order. Remainder to be paid at time of delivery. However, entire cost can be paid up front if you like.

All Isuzus will use part# TL10B-513 gears for the front (10 bolt applications).
$210.00
The part# TL44-513 gears are for the rear of 93-97 Rodeo/Passport and all 2nd gen Rodeos/Pasports/Amigo (Dana 44 applications). These gears are already in production.
$215.00
The part# TL12B-513 gears are for the rear of all 1st gen 4wd Amigos, 4wd Pups, 1st and 2nd gen Troopers (Isuzu 12 bolt applications).
$215.00

Orders (deposits) can be placed at anytime. To place an order you can contact Jim or Chad at 1-888-837-2359 or by email j.walker@teraflx.com and Chad c.hansen@teraflx.com.
*****

Production will begin as soon as the 20 minimum orders are met. Tera's production schedule is 6-7 months. Both 10 and 12 bolt gears will be ready to begin production at the same time assuming we get min orders on both met.

Sweet deal that Tera will belly up for even the little guys in the aftermarket. Let's see that means Tera will have made 5.38's r&p plus 3.07 tcase gear. Sweet, Tera is making the Isuzu's go a little slower on the trail and be able to run bigger tires on the highway withoout compromising the ECU.

Let's see and ARB has belly up'd to make front lockers. Damn the organized effort of the Isuzu crowd is working wonders.

I still think that Mikey is doing the only cool thing possible to an Isuzu. ;) :flipoff2:
