4X4 TV tonight showing Cedar City R.C.C. was great showing Mr. Bob Roggy gettin' it with his now famous spotter Lance lifting their rig off a rock pile while running in gear...it don't get any better than that!! It air's again Saturday morning on the outdoor channel.:smokin:

Just out of curiousity.. Is Bob Roggy a big burly guy with a beard? I seem to remember a guy named Roggy in the first Goodyear rock crawling tape from Farmington. When asked if anything spooked him about the competition, the guy replied "Runnin' out of beer"...

I watched 4x4tv last night for the first time. I don't get the outdoor channel:rolleyes: I'm glad they have something on TV like this but it was really only about 10mins of wheelin. THey need to show more. The host is a little wussie I think. I laughted my a$$ off at him on the ATV show that was on right before 4x4tv.

Do you guys get those channels through satelite?? I have checked all the cable providers down here and noone has the outdoor channel or 4x4tv. :mad: :mad:

Dad gets it from Dish Network.

It's not on Direct TV. I guess the Dish Network is the only one that has it.:(

It was a pretty cool episode last night! bob & Lance kick ass! They even made the intro to the show! I get the outdoor channel on my regular cable (Charter Communications) Oh yeah did you guys catch the :rainbow: ass show on after 4x4TV called "Trekker" They were at a Jeep Jamboree in Paragon. The host was a total buttpirate but it had soem decent footage of average jeeps running some trails. The worst part was all teh fawking LIberty ads through the entire show:flipoff2:

would somenody please record these things for us folks that don't have cable\dish stuff.

Hey...although host Doug Meyer is a little guy and my ol' lady thinks he is:rainbow: ...he is all we have!!! I guess he was a desert racer in the old dirt bike days, sold his build Sammy and started the ATV/TV show with the cash and has started the 4X4 show with the coins. I can't hardly say he is cool but hell ...I rather watch him than the news!!!! As for a copy of the tape....attn. Lance and Bob....I'll ship you 2 copies for a Pirate T shirt or will trade for beer!!! :smokin:

Hey, I saw that last night! Very very kewl! Thunbs up!

Not only were Bob and Lance there, but there was a sick segment of Welder Boy getting it. Floped it over on its side and keeped on trying to power out of it. When that didnt work him and spotter got out and manually put it back on its tires and he drove out of it. :flipoff2:

I had a beer with Doug at CalRocs, he was pretty cool. He decided to do a TV show and then just went out and did it. I think a 4WD show needs a fat guy for a host, though. It would sure make us all feel more at ease and if he had a beer in his hand there is no way I'm changing the channel.
