$719.95 plus tax with a meet or beat at 4 wheel parts wholesaler. I used carparts.com's $799.95 price. I also used the coupon # 846955 for another 10% off. They wanted to include the shipping price from carparts.com. I had to argue about the shipping and tax. I gave in on the tax. They gave in on the shipping. Less than $780 out the door. They didn't want to sell it for that low. I just kept insisting. They seemed pissed, but fawk it, its mine now. :D

I did the exact same thing using a carparts.com coupon but shit that was like 2 years ago... and they called CP.com to verify and did the whole tax/shipping cost justification thing you went through, mine total ended up being $784 (higher tax rate in SF) good for you :D

I got mine from Modern Pioneer about 2 years ago.. I got mine for $769 to the door on a speical they were having. I called 4wpw to see if they can compete and the salesmen told me that hteir jobber price was $819! He said he could sell me one for that, but they couldn't go any lower.. I found out a few days later he wasn't working their anymore!

my friend did the same thing, he was on the phone with them for about 2 hours though.

4WPW is more and more a car dealer ship, they love to hagle prices
my HS9500i was 800 bucks cash out the door, i went down there and said this what i have this is what i want, my friend works there and had smoe pull, but in the end its the managers choice

I ordered a roll cage for my Willy's from Summit and they sent me three. I think it's because I'm such a good customer.:p

I think I'm just lucky that way......a few years ago, I ordered a Poly Suspension Kit for my '68 Camaro Project (sold in favor of a Jeep) from Energy Suspension and they sent me two kits. With the winch, I ordered the 9500i, an XD 9000i and a full set of Autometer Ultra-Light guages and I only got charged 5 or 6 hundred bucks. Still waiting for them to charge my card:flipoff2:
