Hey, I am posting this for a friend of mine. He has a 1983 Bronco bone stock in good condition and he is wondering what he can do to get succesfull power gains on his 351 ? Thanks guys!

Quick and easy would be to put in a cam, intake, 4 bbl, and headers. Won't be the bigest gains but you can make some good power with out removing the engine. Also a super charger works great on a stock compresion engine.

Seriously, look into the costs of what all the goodies and doo-dads are going to run for the 351 vs. what a 460 would run.

What's he looking to do with the truck anyways? Just a pavement pounder or is he planning on building it up into a trail truck?

all i did to mine was put a holley pro jection unit on it and it is much more powerful. maybe its just the immediate throttle responce but i am happy

Thanks guys ! It will be a trail/daily driver truck. He is also thinking about putting in a GM 350 which I am fully behind:D But I will mention the 460 also !

i have some brand new headers for the 351 for sale in the forsale section if yah are interested its a few more hp anyway
