i bought a jd2 model 3 bender and am one of those lucky guys to be on the 4 week waiting list. but any way i want to build my stand before my bender gets here so ill be ready to go bendin.
does anybody have the hole pattern dimentions ?
I'd be much obliged.

mounting holes are .75" and 2.0" on center

3/4 by 2" ONC. 4 weeks waiting now, they told me 2 weeks and I got in about eleven days.:D

They told me 3-4 weeks, I had it in 7 days. :D

Who did you order the bender from?

BTW when I made my stand I made it so the bottom of the bender was at about 36 - 38 inches. That puts the whole shebang right about my waist, which is way more comfortable for me.

PM ironbenderii he has one for sale, brand new & you wont even get your hands dirty.

I ordered my model 3 yesterday and they told me two weeks...we will see how quickly it really gets here:D and thats through them directly...

If you call JD2, they have a sheet with a drawing of the stand. Ask them to fax it to you....

Essentially it's 1/2" plate with the dimensions above, I think like 9" or so long, mounted to a 2X3" square tube. The holes hang off the long end, to accomodate the degree wheel.
