Custom built upper and lower links, TIG welded DOM tubing with one fixed and one adjustable X joint. 1020 threaded tube insert TIG weld in and 1"-12 alloy steel stud welded to X joint with 7018. Includes two 9/16 grade 8 bolts.
Lower are 1.75 x .250 DOM for $159.00.
Uppers are 1.5 x .125 DOM for $149.00.

Are the bungs welded in when the customer receives the setup? I will be linking my rear this winter, and would actually like to sleeve the lowers with some 2".

What do you recommend? Have you successfully run these lowers with little to no carnage?

They come welded. I would say they are good for up to 3500 lbs rigs. I ran 1.75 x .250 lower on my 2800 lbs rig for years with no problems.

I fully understand the setup, but in your first photo, the bung is not welded in. Hence, the question...
