Ok, I am putting my hammered 4R up for sale. I was going to use the parts myself but decided to go a different direction. I am asking $2500 obo. Like I said before, it is hammered. NOT STREETWORTHY OR TRAILWORTHY! The specs are as follows:
1987 Toyota 4Runner SR5 trail rig
2.4L 4 cyl
-runs but needs rebuild
-Has cruise control
-Has AC
5 speed tranny
-out of 85 mini truck still works fine but is noisy because the synkcrows (sp?) are going out
forward shift T-case
-works great out of same truck as tranny
SAS'ed with Toy front axle out of 84 mini truck
-has brand new Precision 5.29’s
-ARB-needs new air intake tube-has one but leaks very badly and it was ghetto trail fixed
-Longfields
-Custom Hysteer
-Rockstomper arms
-Rockstomper tie rod and draglink
-Steering stab
-Custom pitman arm for quicker steering (yes made right not scary)
IFS steering box
Rear 87 Axle
-Brand new Precision 5.29 gears
-ARB-works great
Custom Front long travel driveshaft
Stock Rear Driveshaft
5" lift Suspension
-Front has 5” Skyjacker rear lift leaf springs for Toy
-Rancho 9000's (9012's)F and R
-Axle moved 4" forward by using rear springs in the front
-All Pro 1 ¾" lift shackles
-Rear has same setup as front
Tires and wheels
-4- 38.5x14.50x15 TSL SX on 15x10 Black Rockcrawler wheels-half life
-1- 35x12.50x15 TSL SSR on 15x10-half life
NO rear top-but has a YJ windbreaker that works fairly well
22 gallon JAZ fuel cell
Huge storage container
Interior-So so
Optima Red Top- 2 years old
ARB compressor-has crack from rollover so it has a slow leak but works fine
I think that is everything. The truck does run but the frame is cracked to the point of no return. This would be the perfect parts truck for someone looking to build their 4R or late model mini truck. YOU WILL HAVE TO TRAILER THIS HOME. The truck has title and VIN plates if you are looking to build buggy. Also have many spare parts that will come with.
