I cut down my exhaust piping coming out of my Gibson so it wouldn't interfere with my shackle movement. Unfortunately this little "idea is now causing the exhaust gas to melt my bushings in my spring pack. Anyone else have this problem? When I installed my cat-back I mounted it as high as possible to gain clearance over my 8.8. Other than rerouting my exhaust (costly?) anyone have any ideas how to solve this problem?

I did the same thing to my Gibson to fit around the 8.8. I just installed one of those small turn down tips at the end of the cut pipe.
