Or if you have what I need, let me know.

Thanks. :)

You need a 24 spline diff, 24 spline shafts, and spindles and hubs from a later model truck that had ABS. the spindles/hubs do not need to come from a 24 spline truck though, the only requirement is that it was optioned with ABS.

Your best and cheapest bet is to do what I did, and search www.car-part.com for a complete 24 spline rear axle assembly. I found one at a yard in my state from a 1995 Discovery with 75k on it delivered to my shop for $175. with a warranty.

Or you can just use aftermarket shafts. The stock 24 spline ones will break, so might as well get ones that don't. Of course, you might as well get an aftermarket diff too as the stock ones like to break also.

still need the spindles and hubs... and chances are if you get a 24 spline diff, it will have the stronger 24 spline pinion versus the 4 spline in the earlier 10 spline trucks.

You shouldn't need spindles and hubs. There are aftermarket 24 spline shafts sized to fit the older axles.

The stock 24 spline diff is stronger than the 10 spline, but still not that hard to break.
