rear rotors for 12-bolt

Does anyone have any good ideas for which rotors work good for rear disk set-ups on 12-bolts. Last time I used front rotors from a D-44/ 10 bolt. It was a problem because I had to pull the axles to install them from the back side of the axle flange. I want to do a rotor that I can just slip on the axle flange.

If you machine out the center you can just slide it on the outside. Why would you want it this way? :confused: If it was on the backside of flange it would be a more solid mount.....:D
