: 350 Lock Up ?

I am (was) in the process of rebuilding a TH350 to swap in my 87 Wrangler but when I pulled the tranny pan I seen the electrical wires and figured out it was a lock up 350. I found B&M sells a kit to regulate the lock up speed for $160. Any way to bypass spending the dough and still get the converter to lock up? Can you disable the lock up feature and operate it like an older TH350? Or should I sell this tranny and find a non lock-up 350? I like the thought of the extra mileage I will get with the converter locked up. Thanks for the help.

Just trace the wires out and see which 1 needs to be hooked up to 12v with a switch. good luck
