When it broke, it was clean. It had some snow on the (now)rusty spot when I put it in the take home bag. But it does look to me like the post of the cross broke 90* from the torque input, which would mean the yoke area of the axle let go first, then when it was bound up the cross broke.

Weezmeister: Wrenching on the rig yesterday I found the short side is broke as well- it just hung in there a little longer. So does this mean they broke because the winch was pulling while I was driving with the arb on?!:D

I have sent them 5 times now, if you are not getting them then your computer just dosent GET IT, this is a huge file that our company server had a hard time with. Aggro said he was having similar problems sending them to you.

Aggro can you break the pics up into several smaller emails and try sending them

I was actually out there a little while ago taking measurements so I can start narrowing the housing...
I'm cutting one more long side axle. If I break again before the 60 is done, I cant wheel till it is done.:mad:
