for those trooper owners what front springs are you useing and how much lift you getting? for the rear?
spring perches how apart are they? from center of spring to center of spring?
transfer case, dual cases or just gears?
steering boxes? crossover steering?

be glad to help but we need a little more info. i asume your talking about a sas on a trooper, i've got an 89 trooper and have toy rear springs with 4 waggies under it for a total of a six leaf pack. the trucks not running yet but but the springs sit pretty flat and have pretty good lift.
what axle do you want to know the center pin width? need more info

ok where do you guys put the front shackles? hole throught the frame, under the frame, to one side of the frame?
i'm thinking of d44 for it since it's easier to find.
has anyone ever used stock waggie springs the 7 leaf pack?
what about for the rears?

i used 4" all-pros, but you can use just about anything, just double check your measurements. i got 8" lift w/ the spring over. for rear i used stock trooper springs, SOA w/ a combo of big 6 1/2" shackles (1 1/2" lift) and 2" blocks.
for my front perches, from my memory, i got about 29.5" center perch to center perch.
stock t-case. for axle gears, i went from 4.56's open diffs to 5.29's locked f/r
stock steer box... cross-over heim joint steering.

as far as shackles go, i put mine under the frame, i used a toyota axle and with the center pins being 29in apart, it worked out good to go under the frame. you can go through the frame if it would help with pinion angle. stock waggie springs will be a good choice, you can't go wrong with those.
