Tried selling this set before without wheels, but now they're mounted on 16.5"x14" chrome wheels. Wheels do have some rust on them. Tires are a little better than half tread. Two tires have been patch/plugged. Worn evenly. Located in Indiana. Asking $800 for the set of four. Shipping would probably be around $300.
