Is the narrow 14 bolt found in all duallys or just cab and chassis versions with the 10 foot or so bed?

It was found only in "cab & chassis" vehicles. Meaning from the factory, it had a cab and chassis. Whatever the purchaser put on the rear framerails was up to the owner. So no, no guarantees that if it has a 10' flatbed it will be the narrower version or the 14 bolt.
