Has anybody heard of or has anybody done a Trooper 2.6l engine swap into a Zuk? I can get one really cheap but if they are turds I won't bother.

They ARE turds, don't bother. Lots of head gasket and head replacements. You can do better (22RE better?)

I second the blown head gaskets ect they suck stay far far away from em.
